I’m a very small business, and unfortunately, managing my tax liabilities and the rules and regulations in a number of different countries isn’t possible for me. As a result, I’ve had to limit the shop.audreynoakes.com site to only serving customers in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. The good news is that I do have a number of my interior design templates available for sale on my Etsy shop. The Etsy shop means I can sell to number of different regions including but not limited to the EU, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, and United Arab Emirates.  I don’t have as much control in terms of delivery and final purchase price on the Etsy platform, but it does enable me to serve more people! It’s not perfect! But I’m so pleased to finally be able to offer these templates to my readers in these areas.

When you buy a template from me, there’s a PDF template guide within the downloadable files. Read that PDF first! In that guide, I list any fonts and the files that are included. I also link to the relevant online template guide page that features the template guide video. Can’t find the template guide PDF? The Mood Board InDesign template available in my free resource library has a number of templates set up as Master Pages. This means you can apply the master page with the template of your choice to the blank empty page. This process is covered in the video available on this blog post.

To use any of the templates available on Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, before you can edit it, you’ll need to make copy of it to save in your own Google Drive before editing. To make a copy, just go to File, then choose Make a Copy among the options.

Sometimes my online payment processer flags a transaction and asks that I manually approve it. Don’t worry, I get a notification if I need to manually approve a transaction. I check those notifications daily, so I promise I’ll look into it as soon as possible.
