Educated in the US and working at multiple interior design schools here in the UK, I’ve seen hundreds of students at this point, both new to interior design and experienced professionals looking to improve their skills.
By far, the most anxiety-inducing aspect of their learning is the software. But it absolutely doesn’t have to be that way.
First, you need to know you don’t have to know everything. Secondly, these programs are not impossible. They just take practice. The key is to make sure you have the proper foundations. Too many online resources will show you how to use these programs but not in the way that interior designers need them.
That’s where I come in. I only focus on how an interior design needs these programs. So all that help you need when you’re outside of the classroom or the studio, it’s here.
